when you hire a designer, you are not paying for 4 years of college education. you are paying for, typically, a lifetime of study and dedication to a real discipline/talent/skill/etc. you have NO IDEA how long it takes to create concepts, let alone actually make them happen. when i see job postings like THIS, i want to fucking scream. DO NOT DO THIS. ever. PRO BONO!?!?! you are out of your mind. seriously. STOP TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ARTISTS.
