LONG'S HORSERADISH

this is our ONE SHOW entry for LONG'S HORSERADISH. this is pretty much an unknown brand and we had to create an identity for it and position it as a high end, (semi) gourmet product. soooooooo, we decided that we wanted to own ETIQUETTE. etiquette in reference to dining, golf, elevators, subways, drinking...everything. Through location specific print, stickers to add-on to ads/posters/signage, interactive dining tables etc, Long's=Etiquette. Just in case its hard to read, here is a LINK to it on you tube so you can see it in fullscreen.

CAMPBELL'S

So, Campbell's isn't really in any trouble. They have incredible brand recognition and just want to expand to reach more people. They ARE in serious competition with Progresso right now and are arguing the differences in product down to the way that the soups are condensed, which to me, its totally ridiculous. So, instead of targeting their already established customers and soup lovers in general, we wanted to target people who are VERY tight on cash and have the potential to become life long lovers, while showcasing Campbell's variety of flavors. SOOO...i present to you, Campbell's for college/post college kids: HEED YOUR SOUP CONSCIOUS!!!

59 EL CAMINO

one of my classes last quarter was all about branding ourselve sand this assignment was to "pimp the car of our dreams." im sorry, but that is retarded. i dont even care about pimped out cars...i just like classic cars that are as close to original as possible, so i decided to do my fav car ever in history: the EL CAMINO. i usually prefer a more muscley 70s model, but since i knew i wanted to do a lot of illustration for this project, i thought that the bubbly 59 would be the right choice. everyone did photoshopped stuff with fancy features, but seriously, all of those speakers and tvs and stuff are lame...i dont even have a tv at home so why would i want it in my car??? all i cared about was having a sick classic with the dog of my dreams (a standard poodle named mick jones) and super sexy man to fix it for me whenever i needed it (oh and gps because i am ALWAYS lost)! so yeah...i put it all together in a flash quickie, and (poorly) narrated it myself. i originally planned on one of my boys to do the voice-over all pro in the studio, but i ran out of time and had to do it myself in one take and the result is so silly that i felt it necessary to keep it that way. i did all of the illustration and lettering myself, and if i had more than three days to do it, i am sure i wouldve redone the voice. anyway...enjoy! hahaha

TASTY.

i shot this calendar for one of my best friend's birthdays last year. i did the styling and photos and, since he loves to eat, each look had to have food in it, which lead to just a little bit of extra insanity. oh and did i mention it was 12 different foods, with 12 different looks, in 12 different locations in ONE day!!?!?! well, it was! needless to say i was exhausted by the end of the day, but it was fun and the first photography project i ever did. these are my favs

ROBERT BROWNJOHN

for TIM HOSSLER's class awhile back, we were randomly assigned a more obscure designer to learn about and produce something representing them. I was sooooo lucky to get ROBERT BROWNJOHN. did you know his book is called SEX AND TYPOGRAPHY!?! i know! amazingly perfect! and i got him by accident. anyway, i really love his work because, even though he was an ad man, he tried to make interesting art that was either part of the campaign or went along with it in a gallery show or something. he did a poster called Obsession & Fantasy, and that was (obviously) my inspiration. i like that he made everything sexual, but not objectifying...he also tended to take the big idea and go realllllllly far with it in execution. so, this is the cover to a fantasy porno coloring book i made for the project. inside, line drawings of porno girl centaurs, octopus and lots more!

SEX ZOMBIES!!!

i did these posters over a year ago, but i was doing a bit of spring cleaning while backing up today and i remembered how much i liked them. i shot my best friend DREA for it and drew a drippy futura for the title. anyway, keep yours eyes peeled...COMING TO A THEATRE NEAR YOU!

BE THERE OR BE SQUARE

video soccer poster from last quarter. i made all of the letters myself, but NO thats not me screaming. its KATE FAGAN....she rules! anyway...it says: MAS FUTBOL, girls 4, guys 5, be there, or be, square, sunday flamingo park. these videos are a tough read.

DONT FORGET

video soccer poster from last quarter...it sucks that you cant see it well on here! i will try to fix that. i made a connect the dots and then looped string around all of the thumb tacks to make a soccer ball. its cool...i swear haha
